Position Summary

This position will primarily be responsible for leading a team to improve response rates through our direct response acquisition channel. The team is responsible for analyzing competitive trends using industry tools, evaluating prior test results, providing recommendations to upper management for future test ideas, requesting surveys and other analysis to better understand our prospect base, developing creative briefs, and maintaining the direct response testing calendar.

This team also oversees fulfillment processes for our direct response acquisition channel including performance tracking and developing projects to enhance and optimize fulfillment.

This role will allow a motivated individual to make a significant impact across the organization by helping to drive acquisition growth.

Our ideal candidate will have 5+ years of marketing experience, 2+ years of supervisory experience, and a Bachelor’s Degree.

Job Requirements



Summary of Essential Job Functions:

  • Lead a team to improve response rates through creative testing. Team focus includes:
  • Analyze competitive trends using industry tools
  • Evaluate previous test results
  • Provide recommendations to management for future test ideas
  • Request surveys and other analysis projects to better understand our prospect base
  • Develop creative briefs for new efforts
  • Maintain the direct response testing calendar
  • Develop and supervise and Creative Strategy team members
  • Track and enhance the performance of our fulfillment processes

 



Position Requirements:

  • 5+ years marketing experience
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

 

Preferred (Not Required):

  • Consumer Credit Card industry experience
