Job Description


Position Summary 

This position will draft and create content for the Company’s existing and prospective internal communication and employment brand channels. They will distribute and traffic internal communications content across multiple channels including email, company intranet, digital signage and print media. This position will also support the execution of employee events and programs. 


Summary of Essential Job Functions

  • Work in conjunction with the Manager, Internal Communications & Employee Engagement to create content that aligns with the Company’s internal communications strategy, company culture, and employment brand.
  • Execute the internal communications calendar, including participating in regular editorial planning meetings and coordinating with other content owners to ensure message and timing alignment.
  • Traffic internal communications content across multiple channels and platforms, including the internal intranet, digital and print signage, talking points, email, memos, print collateral, social media, and other web-based platforms.
  • Write and distribute high quality and engaging copy that addresses current and future employees, across multiple channels.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of company-wide employee events and programs.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Percent of time spent traveling: 0-5%.

Education and Experience

  • 1-3 years of communications experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, or related field.


Required Skills

  • A creative and compelling writer and content creator with excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs including Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Suite Products, including Photoshop and InDesign.
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize the intranet, content management systems and social media.
  • Collaborative and comfortable as a team player among multiple departments.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
