Job Summary

 

We are looking for a full-time team member to join our diverse, growing, and integral team at Credit One Bank. Production/Quality/Reporting group is focused diligently on improving Credit One Bank’s current way of doing things through enhanced process design, implementation of new tools/technologies, data driven decision making, and laser focus on quality and accuracy. As the Data Analyst II, you will play a pivotal role in the collection, validation, and analysis of large datasets from internal and external sources as it relates to Direct Marketing initiatives and beyond. In addition, this individual will contribute to a variety of projects spanning logistics, big data, predictive analytics, reporting, and process improvement. They will leverage their analytical, project management, and critical thinking expertise to provide data-driven decision making, while maintaining positive rapport with internal/external stakeholders.

Job Requirements

Summary of Essential Job Functions

 

  • Develop/Analyze marketing campaign performance reporting – providing actionable feedback.
  • Prepare and update benchmark reports on delivery timing and availability/issues with fulfillment.
  • Develop dashboards and data visualization to easily interpret Direct Marketing related data.
  • Manage mail file layouts to ensure accuracy in data transmissions.
  • Manage file transmission schedules to ensure marketing campaigns meet delivery dates.
  • Maintain database of marketing campaigns.
  • Perform quality reviews as data moves between parties to ensure accuracy.
  • Validate business rules and maintain proper naming convention and overall data governance.
  • Test new programs and fulfillment systems to ensure seamless customer response.
  • Maintain archive of samples and pricing for regulatory and internal use.
  • Validate and distribute large mail file datasets for third-party vendors as required.
  • Assist marketing analytics team with ad-hoc reports from data warehouse.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Math, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Business or other quantitative field of study.
  • Master’s Degree a plus
  • 3+ years of experience in an analytical, conceptual, and quantitative problem-solving capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of Reporting and Analytical tools (MS Excel, SAS, R Studio, etc.)
  • Experience with Business Intelligence/Data Visualization Software (Tableau, QlikView, Domo).
  • Experience with Database software (SQL, MS Access).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and project management experience.
  • Experience in interacting with internal/external stakeholders and strong written communications skills desired.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint).
  • Track record of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail, critical thinking and process improvement mindset.
  • Works well individually and within a team.
