Position Summary

Credit One Bank is looking for a Manager, Partnership Marketing to support the overall growth of the organization. This position will be responsible for the day-to-day relationship with various client partners and marketing campaigns for co-branded credit card portfolios.


Summary Essential Job Functions

  • Responsible for collaborating with various client partners to execute co-branded credit card marketing campaigns that acquire new customers, retain existing customers, and increase the value of customers to the Bank
  • Responsible for marketing campaigns through various channels such as direct mail, email, and social
  • Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders both internally and externally to ensure successful client onboarding and marketing efforts
  • Provide subject matter expertise for implementations, products, and training requirements
  • Evaluate campaigns against performance metrics
  • Be knowledgeable about contract terms and ensure that all deliverables are met
  • Responsible for the quality and accuracy of marketing materials
  • Share findings in PowerPoint presentations with conclusions and recommendations for senior management
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business, marketing, or related field
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience
  • Approximately 15% travel required



  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat Pro
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and follow up to ensure achievement of deadlines, outcomes, and results
  • Demonstrate company core values of excellence, ownership, collaboration, and integrity



  • Previous experience adapting to a fast paced, changing, dynamic client-facing work environment while driving favorable results
  • Client facing experience with large enterprise clients
  • Financial services or banking experience
