Position Summary

Credit One Bank is looking for Talent Manager to support the overall growth of the organization. It’s the primary responsibility of the Talent Manager to create, implement, and manage all training related activities for Credit One Bank.  This position will ensure all activities are performed in accordance with the Company’s business objectives and budgetary guidelines.   

 

Summary Essential Job Functions

  • Enhance and execute training and development plans designed to improve management and leadership skills through all stages of the employment lifecycle
  • Analyze key metrics to report, improve and optimize training and development program effectiveness and reduce turnover of high potential talent
  • Partner with department leaders to create training programs specific to department needs
  • Manage the performance management process
  • Develop effective onboarding strategies including orientation and training plans
  • Provides support of the HRIS system including system maintenance and process improvement
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related field
  • 5 years of leadership development, facilitation and performance management experience
  • 2 years curriculum design experience
  • 2 years’ experience using a learning management system
  • Advanced experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and follow up to ensure achievement of deadlines, outcomes, and results
  • Previous experience in capturing metrics and producing various reports
  • Demonstrate company core values of excellence, ownership, collaboration, and integrity

 

Preferred

  • 3-5 yeas of HRIS or HR generalist or specialist experience
  • Certification in coaching at the executive level
  • Systems implementation experience
