Position Summary

The Assistant Vice President is responsible for the development and innovation of Credit One Bank’s new customer acquisition programs across all digital marketing channels. This person will manage and grow our digital channels, growth strategies, and key partnerships, overseeing campaigns through all phases of launch and roll out, including negotiation of partnerships and media buys, creative development, trafficking, reporting and analysis and optimization. This position reports to the VP of Digital Marketing.

Summary of Essential Job Functions

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategy and operational program, including management of vendor, partner and affiliate network relationships.
  • Establish and champion new partnerships, channels and growth strategies.
  • Leverage deep experience with digital media management, affiliate marketing, display, paid search, web analytics tools, and A/B testing to grow acquisitions and optimize ROI.
  • Determine relevant metrics, establish goals, and create appropriate reports to track progress and evaluate program results, analyze efficiencies, and modify strategies based upon results as needed.
  • Leads and directs the work of others, managing digital marketing manager position(s).
  • Monitor brand guidelines and cross channel integration.
  • Execute other marketing campaigns and programs as needed.
  • A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Job Requirements

Position Requirements

  • Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and at least 5 years of experience in a related digital marketing, user experience or product management area.
  • Applicants should have a strong understanding of Affiliate Marketing, Email Marketing, Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Display Marketing and Referral Marketing and be familiar with a variety of these fields’ concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • 3+ years of experience conducting analysis using web analytical and a/b testing tools like Adobe/Omniture, WebTrends, Coremetrics, Google Analytics  or other similar tools.
