Job Description

Performs activities involving the management of all facets of early out strategy, pricing, agency relations, roll rate performance, and financial results.



 



 Summary of Essential Job Functions

 

  • Directs and mentors manager and supervisors within the coordination of process workflows.
  • Monitors collection behaviors and initiates strategic enhancements to improve roll rate performance.
  • Creates MIS (Management Information Systems) reports to challenge pricing strategies and performance of early out agency partners.
  • Coordinates and executes outsourcing collection system applications.
  • Creates and maintains an efficient and goal oriented environment that will motivate agency partners to meet agreed upon performance standards.
  • Responsible for maintaining adequate agency partner scalability to service account volumes.
  • Markets early out opportunities with appropriate collection agencies.
  • Creates, executes and documents due diligence to ensure compliance of agency partners.
  • Participates in on-site audits of agency partners to ensure compliance and performance standards are met.
  • Actively challenges current processes to enhance departmental efficiencies.
  • Serves as an early-out liaison for interdepartmental projects.
  • Ensures accuracy of all early out MIS (Management Information Systems).
  • Participate in the hiring, training and development of new employees.
  • Responsible for the coordination and direction of departmental proposals and projects.
  • Effectively communicates with Senior Management on all facets of the business unit.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


 

Job Requirements



Position Requirements

 

4 year College degree preferred.  Must possess minimum 5 years previous collection and early out management experience within like industry.  Proven exemplary ability in the areas of employee development and process management, combined with an innovative insight and progressive approach to industry related technology and strategic implementation required.  Required to have demonstrated communication, analytical, developmental, organizational, and resolution skills. Business travel up to 25%.
