Position Summary

Processes high volume new applications while utilizing Bank authorized tools to assist in the detection of missing information, fraudulent indicators.

Summary of Essential Job Functions

• Understands data entry requirements by following program procedures.
• Receives and responds to verbal and written commands from supervisory personnel.
• Respond promptly and professionally to internal and external customers regarding resolution of issues.
• Ability to communication with potential customer verbally and written.
• Identify fraud trends and escalate appropriately to mitigate fraud loss.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• 10 key proficient and 50 wpm typing.
• Maintains customer confidence and protects confidential information.
• Maintain daily and monthly performance standards, including those pertaining to quality.

Position Requirements

Proven verbal and written communications skills in a fast paced, high volume correspondence environment. Good listening and problem resolution skills. Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re-entering data; combining data from both systems when account information is incomplete; Research ability typing, data entry skills, confidentiality and attention to detail is required. Good interpersonal skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Must be highly flexible and quality focused. Must be a self-starter and work within the team dynamic.
