Summary of Essential Job Functions


  • Plan, co-ordinate, design and deliver training sessions, using expert presentation, coaching and facilitation skills according to personal levels of knowledge and expertise in the subject area, recognizing own limits, and taking action to ensure development needs are met/an alternative is provided
  • Negotiate and liaise with internal experts/trainers and external training providers to design and deliver a comprehensive core servicing training program
  • Deliver on executing a constant review of the L&D process to ensure a successful customer experience
  • Drive performance to make sure all interactions are meeting targeted expectations
  • Remotely monitors training classes and compiles trainer and process improvement recommendations
  • Ensure the effective use of resources, e.g. staff, budget, equipment, supplies and materials
  • Coordinates and leads training sessions and process video calls with vendors
  • Act as a role model by demonstrating leadership and knowledge, and by maintaining credibility within the Company, and external partners, ensuring a positive image of the Company is maintained
  • Manage direct reports that support all procedure and training documentation updates within a change control process
  • Serves as point of contact for assigned processes with all internal and external partners
  • Travel to international and domestic sites to provide hands on management
  • Performs other duties as assigned


Job Requirements

Position Requirements


  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Education and Professional Training
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Certification in Education and Professional Training
  • Experience of designing and delivering a variety of training solutions
  • Strong communication, reading comprehension and writing skills
  • Expert skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • International travel required
