Job Summary

We are looking for a full-time team member to join the Quality & Reporting group within the Credit One Bank Marketing Acquisition team. The Quality & Reporting group is focused diligently on improving the Credit One Bank’s current operations through enhanced process design, implementation of new tools/technologies, and laser focus on accuracy. The Data Production Specialist will collect, validate, and analyze data from various internal and external sources. They oversee the schedule of file transmissions to meet mail dates and test systems to ensure customers are able to fulfill correctly to new and existing programs.

This position will maintain detail oriented focus when executing existing procedures while simultaneously seeking out opportunities to improve processes. You will be on the frontlines of a massive marketing machine, learning and growing along with the organization.

Job Requirements

Summary of Essential Job Functions

  • Manage direct mail file layouts to ensure that required data is transmitted.
  • Oversee the schedule of file transmissions to meet mail dates.
  • Perform quality control as data moves between parties to ensure accuracy.
  • Proofread samples to ensure accuracy of both data and offers.
  • Test all new programs and fulfillment systems to ensure customers are able to respond.
  • Maintain archive of samples and pricing for regulatory and internal use.
  • Prepare and update benchmark reports on delivery timing and availability/issues with fulfillment.
  • Maintain database of mail campaigns.
  • Generate files for third-party vendors as required.
  • Seek opportunities to make direct mail efforts more efficient.
  • Assist marketing analytics team with ad-hoc reports from data warehouse.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, economics, finance, business, quality or a related field of study.
  • Experience with SAS analysis software desired.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong proofreading skills.
  • Strong analytical and project management experience.
  • Experience in interacting with vendors and strong written communications skills desired.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
  • Track record of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Critical thinking and process improvement mindset.
  • Works well individually and within a team.
