Position Summary:

This position is a part of the Digital Marketing department, but supports cross-functional requests. Our department focuses on enriching card member experiences, bringing them value, and optimizing how to best communicate to them.

This is a customer-centric position, using data and performing analysis that help us better understand our card members and develop new products and strategy. The insights driven from this role will help the bank better understand our card members and improve our card member experience.

Successful candidates are naturally curious, comfortable with using data to make decisions, and have a knack for distilling complex ideas into simple concepts.

Summary of Essential Job Functions:

  • Understand what data lives where, and how to put together analyses and business cases to support decisions.
  • Dive into both quantitative and qualitative data to be able to glean insights and draw conclusions.
  • Be familiar with various data and reporting capabilities such as Adobe Omniture, Pega, Tableau, data ware house, SharePoint and more.
  • Present insights to stakeholders in manners appropriate for the audience.
  • Work cross-functionally with various partners to align on analysis methodology and approach.
  • Strive to continuously improve our customer experience with evidence backed by data.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Position Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • 4 year degree in quantitative area such as accounting, business administration, finance, mathematics, economics or a minimum of 2 years of college-level business or statistical classes and equivalent industry experience.
  • Demonstrated strong logic and conceptual problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, and the flexibility, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, highly complex environment.
