Summary of Essential Job Functions

  • Represent digital marketing in support of marketing technology initiatives, including onboarding of new technologies and vendors
  • Manage setup, testing, proofing, and deployment of email, SMS, and social campaigns; implement tracking tags and manage reporting quality
  • Manage efforts in building online reviews and reputation by monitoring and responding
  • Work closely with product marketing partners on campaign scheduling and execution
  • Support the development of our growing acquisition program
  • Implement A/B and multivariate tests to continuously optimize copy and creative
  • Coordinate with analytics team on targeting optimization, data validation and campaign accuracy
  • Implementation of new functionality in email, SMS and social platforms
  • Develop, maintain and update email marketing calendars

Position Requirements

  • Knowledge of digital marketing including Email and SMS
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to detect potential issues
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills; must be able to work independently
  • Efficiently work under pressure to meet deadlines and complete assigned tasks
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Superior verbal, written and presentation skills
  • HTML experience preferred
  • Adobe (Analytics, Target) or Google Analytics experience preferred

  • Bachelor’s Degree
