Position Summary

The Digital Marketing Coordinator supports the VP of Digital Marketing in the execution of all online marketing, website, compliance and e-mail strategies and overall marketing goals. Additionally, the Coordinator holds primary responsibility for administering the team’s compliance, program code management, competitive analysis and strategic partnerships program management.

The Coordinator will also help with a variety of Digital Marketing initiatives across multiple channels including, but not limited to affiliate marketing, email marketing, mobile, SEO/SEM, strategic partnerships and social media. Conduct bi-weekly compliance audits of partners and affiliate networks as well as maintain positive working relationships with existing partners. The Coordinator will be a key liaison between external and internal Partners and the VP of Digital Marketing.

Summary of Essential Job Functions

 

  • Manage administrative aspects and efforts of Digital Marketing team
  • Plan, schedule, and organize meetings, conference calls, and follow-up on action items
  • Verify and reconcile MTD and EOM reports, and monthly invoices and insertion orders
  • Administer and optimize the team’s ongoing marketing compliance monitoring program
  • Lead the team’s competitive research activities, as well as research and recommend services and vendors to improve performance
  • Remain current on digital marketing best practices by researching trends and technologies
  • Assist in the onboarding and training of new team staff members
  • Program manage the creation and maintenance of all digital Program Codes
  • Oversee database of websites/affiliates to ensure lists are accurate and compliant 


Position Requirements

  • B.A. or B.S. desired in marketing, advertising or equivalent hands-on digital marketing experience
  • Familiarity with SEM (Google AdWords) and SEO, web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe, WebTrends, etc.)
  • Internet savvy, extremely detail-oriented, organized, and highly collaborative team-player
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Creative, innovative and resourceful
  • Proactive approach, results driven with strong work ethic and high level of integrity
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet short deadlines
  • Adaptable and flexible, with positive attitude
  • Excellent presentation, written, verbal and communication skills
