Credit One Bank is the fastest growing credit card bank in the United States. As it continues to expand, Credit One is looking to make significant investments in its digital customer experience and needs top-tier talent to identify, lead and manage those investments.


The Director – Digital Marketing is responsible for developing and managing portfolio marketing products, channels and experiences for Credit One Bank’s card members. This team member will help drive revenue through ancillary and credit products and improve customer engagement across platforms including email, online, phone, social and mobile app.

Summary of Essential Job Functions


  • Develops strategy for digital opportunities and drive alignment with executive stakeholders.
  • Directs and manages an array of digital marketing initiatives from the concept phase to rollout. Develops business cases and financial impact summaries for each.
  • Assesses digital customer experiences and identifies, develops and helps deploy enhancements.
  • Coordinates closely with Risk Management, Project Management, IT, Customer Experience and Marketing Analytics teams to develop and execute projects based on mutually agreed-upon implementation timelines.
  • Manages relationships with vendors, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Evaluates and reports on industry trends, benchmarks and offers.
  • Identifies new ancillary product opportunities that will drive incremental revenue.
  • Presents to management weekly results, updates and strategies.
  • Performs other related duties or special projects as assigned.

  • Ability to identify and develop strategies that drive revenue and reduce costs.
  • Extensive digital marketing and ecommerce experience, including experience with SaaS marketing platforms.
  • Exhibits a sense of ownership/go-getter attitude.
  • Ability to influence executive stakeholders and deliver results.
  • Ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Adept with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail but able to think big picture.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Must have excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Adobe (Analytics, Target) or Google Analytics experience preferred.
  • Credit card marketing and/or financial services experience preferred.
  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant field is required.
  • MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of digital marketing experience is required.
