Position Summary

Credit One Bank is looking for a Director of Marketing Communications to support the overall growth of the organization. This position will be primarily responsible for leading the marketing content strategy and overseeing the copywriting function.


Summary Essential Job Functions

  • Responsible for developing content marketing campaigns and working with key stakeholders to push messaging through various channels such as direct mail, email, and social to attract and retain customers
  • Lead a team of writers to provide copywriting support for all marketing efforts across the Bank
  • Develop and implement brand voice and tone guidelines
  • Edit and proofread all internal and external communication
  • Responsible for the quality and accuracy of marketing materials
  • Evaluate campaigns against performance metrics
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders from across the Bank
  • Share findings in PowerPoint presentations with conclusions and recommendations for senior management
  • Ensures the timely coordination and completion of projects
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Job Requirements


  • Competent with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat Pro
  • Superior writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Experience leading and developing a team
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and follow up to ensure achievement of deadlines, outcomes, and results
  • Demonstrate company core values of excellence, ownership, collaboration, and integrity

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a marketing, communication, or related field
  • 10+ years of relevant marketing experience
