Position Summary

Credit One Bank is looking for a Marketing Manager to support the overall growth of the organization as a member of the direct mail team. This position will be primarily responsible for managing marketing campaigns that acquire new customers, optimize marketing channels, and increase the value of customers to the Bank.

 

Summary of Essential Job Functions

 

  • Evaluate reports and results of prior testing to identify opportunities for future strategies.
  • Responsible for developing marketing campaigns through direct mail and digital channels
  • Evaluate and develop strategies to optimize the user experience across marketing channels to enhance customer acquisition
  • Increase customer value by cross selling additional products throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Evaluate direct mail campaigns against performance metrics and recommend future action
  • Monitor the competitive landscape for trends and changes in the marketplace
  • Share findings in PowerPoint presentations with conclusions and recommendations for senior management
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders from across the Bank
  • Responsible for the quality and accuracy of marketing materials
  • Ensure the timely coordination and completion of projects
  • Perform other duties as assigned

 

Job Requirements

Position Requirements

 

Education and Experience

  • 3-5 years of Marketing experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • Direct mail, credit card marketing and/or financial services experience a plus.

 

Skills

  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong communication and follow up skills necessary.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and follow up to ensure achievement of deadlines, outcomes, and result
  • Able to manage and prioritize multiple projects and responsibilities.
  • Competent with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat Pro
