Position Summary

Credit One Bank is looking for a Specialist to join the Marketing Communications team on a contract basis. This individual will support the AVP of Marketing Communications in the creation and execution of internal and external communications materials for all areas of the Bank. Additionally, the Specialist holds primary responsibility for administering the team’s compliance and job tracking management. The ideal candidate will have some entry level experience in an agency or corporate marketing environment.


Summary Essential Job Functions

  • Support MarCom managers in the creation and trafficking of both internal and external communications materials for all channels including direct mail, digital and print media
  • Review and proofread marketing pieces for accuracy, adherence to style guide, brand standards, and Compliance guidelines
  • Coordinate with product and channel owners from Acquisition, Digital, and Ancillary Sales teams to create marketing materials
  • Manage timelines and prioritize workload appropriately in coordination with MarCom managers and graphic designers
  • Facilitate approval processes with product and channel owners, Operations and Compliance
  • Input projects into tracking software
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business, marketing, or related field
  • 1-3 years of marketing experience


  • Extremely detail-oriented, organized, and highly collaborative team-player
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Creative, innovative, and resourceful
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects and meet short deadlines
  • Adaptable and flexible, with positive attitude
  • Strong presentation, written, verbal and proofreading skills
