Position Summary

Performs activities involving the monitoring and auditing of third party Collection Agencies.

 

Summary of Essential Job Functions

  • Monitors live and recorded Agency calls.
  • Issues Quality Reports and enters monitored calls in the tracking log.
  • Tracks daily indicators and provides feedback on performance and accuracy.
  • Conducts quality audits to review policy and procedures and identify service improvement opportunities.
  • Provides accurate numbers to both the agencies and internal management.
  • Schedules and conducts monthly agency calibration sessions.
  • Participates in weekly agency conference calls with active participation in discussing quality standards.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Position Requirements

  • Solid background in bankcard collections. 
  • Knowledge of bank policy, procedure, and collection regulations a plus. 
  • Demonstrated math skills, effective communication skills (verbal and written) and proven knowledge in both Microsoft Word and Excel. 
  • Must possess a strong teamwork ethic with the ability to work with personnel at all levels.
