Position Summary

Supports a Collections Management team that primarily works with outside Vendors. This role has a heavy focus on process management. Key focuses include creating standard and ad hoc reporting, collections data analysis, invoicing timeliness and accuracy, contract management, and content creation.



Summary of Essential Job Functions

  • Support Vendor Management team by organizing and providing analysis of data, including standard and ad hoc reporting.
  • Responsible for ensuring accuracy with invoicing and providing budget variance analysis
  • Monitoring of contracts to ensure compliance and adherence for all agencies
  • Primary resource for audit preparation and documentation
  • Manage process efficiencies including documentation of process creation and process flows.
  • Support the Collections department by coordinating and maintaining organizational processes through internal and external strategic development and implementation. 
  • Must be able to work independently and with a team to identify and address performance improvements to deliver on business goals and objectives. 
  • Demonstrate insight capabilities in data analytics and process improvement. 
  • Possess exceptional communication skills and the ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships in order to advance business initiatives.

Job Requirements



Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Three or more years management experience (Collections or Credit Card preferred)
  • Strong analytical and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work and evolve our business with limited oversight  
  • Experience in managing Agency/Client relationships.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word (Tableau experience preferred)
  • Limited travel required (5-10%)
