Position Summary

 

The Vice President of Card Member Administration Management Department will manage a team of dedicated data and business analysts in support of the department’s core responsibilities including Strategic Card Member Complaint analysis, Credit Bureau Reporting Governance, and Card Member Logistics Management. 

 

This individual will work collaboratively across the enterprise to provide insight and to execute creative solutions to business, service, and material logistics challenges.

 

 



Summary of Essential Job Functions

 

Direct the day-to-day operations for the Department ensuring an efficient and cost-effective supply chain for Card Member material components including plastics and compliance documents required for account opening.

 

Oversee data analytics, reporting, and presentation material in support of Card Member contact and complaint trend analysis.

 

Lead the team in solutions management by identifying process or policy change opportunities and creating action plans for issue resolution.

 

Direct a team of cohorts to continuously monitor and maintain compliance with established Credit Reporting Governance protocols.

 

Advance strategic and operational planning and collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure flawless delivery of new products and services for Card Member Administration.

 

Performs all other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements



Position Requirements

 

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in financial services with demonstrated increasing management and leadership positions.   Direct Credit Card Industry experience preferred.

 

  • BS/BA degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, MIS, Programming, or related academic field.
  • Must have well-developed organizational and prioritization skills along with the ability to multi-task and juggle multiple responsibilities and projects simultaneously.
  • Innovative critical thinking skills to evaluate alternatives and present solutions that are consistent with business objectives and strategy.
