Job Description

Position Summary

Assists in the development of risk analysis tools that appropriately protect or increase business results.

Summary of Essential Job Functions

• Develops, manages, and validates risk models, which predict consumer behavior.
• Provides predictive analysis to assist customer relationship strategies.
• Cross-sells opportunities and account retention.
• Develops tools that provide insightful date driven decisions for the desktop that should be able to distinguish risk levels between pools or individual accounts.
• Provides an understanding of statistics and mathematical tools, such as logistic regression modeling, rule based systems approach, probability distributions and hypothesis testing.
• Represents the bank in professional organizations and causes, including regulatory contact.
• Actively participates in the corporate risk management committee and facilitate presentations for the Board of Directors.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Position Requirements

• BA/BS required. 
• MBA and SAS knowledge preferred. 
• Must have five years responsibility in a risk management position. 
• Non-prime credit card background preferred.
